Our Story

After living in Italy for a couple of years, (I love Italian food by the way), I really wanted a cheese burger. Apart from the usual chains, where I'd never go anyway, there was nothing. Then a chef asked me if I could find cheddar cheese for him as he wanted to add cheese burgers to his menu but there was no cheddar in Italy, anywhere. I did, and became part of the rapid cheese burger movement in Italy. That was the winter of 2011 and by 2012 we had supplied over 20 clients in the Milan area. 

Our Goals

Our number one goal is to make Irish pubs the best that they can be. 20 years ago you would go to the Irish pub to drink beer only. Today, you go to eat great food paired with your favorite drink.

We're doing great in Italy and really want to service Irish pubs real Irish pub grub all over the EU. And we will, so watch this space and ask us to supply you too!
